has commissioned Cat Pumps to create a new line of
triplex, high pressure, liquid CO2 pumps. Cat Pumps
with nearly 40 yrs. experience and a reputation of
the longest lasting high pressure pump in the industrial
cleaning market and used in over 86% of carwash systems
was a natural fit into our company’s endeavor
to supply quality products at affordable prices. Our
pumps are increasingly desirable because of their
smaller size and weight. We have taken the power and
production of a much larger bulky pump, reduced it
and produced our new light wt., state of the art high
pressure liquid CO2 pump. We are currently developing
additional pumps with various pumping pressures, volume
flow rates and RPM requirements.

Because
Industrial Carbonics’ pumps are small and versatile,
they may be utilized in various industries from welding
supply stores, filling cylinders, to paintball fields;
from fire extinguishing companies to beverage/beer
distributors; from a small to large manufacturer requiring
a high pressure pump to transfer liquid CO2 in their
plant. Its unique design allows our pump to be adjusted,
meeting many flow-volume and horsepower requirements,
by simply sizing the pump-drive power source. With
this amazing versatility, the pump may be driven using
a gasoline engine of assorted horsepower, an electric
motor with a VFD to vary the speed, or a hydraulic
motor with an adjustable flow control. By regulating
the RPMs of the pump, you may control the GPM being
pumped and output pressure. This incorporated design
technology allows you to pump liquid CO2 into a standard
pressure DOT cylinder from 5-100 lb. or into a low-pressure
10,000 lb. Refrigerated storage vessel with the same
pump.
